Discovery Adaptive Bike

The Discovery Series is our line of pediatric upright adaptive tricycles designed to introduce children and early teens to biking. The tricycle is available in a wide range of sizes including our DCP Mini, DCP12 and DCP16 models which are uniquely designed for children as young as 18 months old all the way up to 14 years old. The Discovery Series of adaptive bikes can help the user gain independence and increase their mobility. It’s suitable for those with simple balance problems, to those with more-involved cases of cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Down syndrome, head injury, muscular dystrophy, autism, and dwarfism. DCP Mini Designed for our smallest riders, the DCP Mini is an upright adaptive tricycle. The DCP Mini can help riders as young as 18 months old all the way up to 5 years old reach therapeutic milestones, all while introducing them to the joys of adaptive biking. DCP12 The DCP12 allows kids ages 4-8 to get out and enjoy adaptive biking with their friends. This bike provides excellent stability and fits through standard doorways, making it a popular choice for homes, schools, and therapy clinics. DCP16 This bike is made with room to grow and accommodates most riders between the ages of 7-14. The DCP16 helps riders build their confidence and independence – all while helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.
