Starting as a Rehab Specialist, he developed expertise in community group homes, pediatrics, and both long-term and acute care settings. His extensive experience across multiple areas of the healthcare industry has given him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges providers face and the importance of high-quality equipment in patient care. Known for his consultative approach and commitment to finding tailored solutions, Nathanael has built strong partnerships with healthcare providers in the region. His dedication to understanding client needs makes him a trusted advisor in the health industry.
Helena Brennert
An RN and Clinical Nurse Educator by training, Helena’s extensive experience includes a focus on safe patient handling and wound care prevention. Central to the Signature Series product line development, Helena provides clinical testing and development to ensure all products exceed best practice guidelines. She has provided extensive education and training to improve the quality of patient care and health needs of individuals within hospitals, home care, and residential facilities across B.C. Helena is the clinical educator for Signature Series Seating Products.
Jay Liao
As Access Manager at HME, Jay oversees the installation of all access equipment, including ceiling lifts, medical tubs, change tables and other mobility and transfer solutions. With extensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge, Jay ensures that every installation is completed with precision, safety, and full compliance with healthcare standards. He is also trained in the installation of equipment from all major manufacturers, allowing him to deliver consistent quality and reliability across every project.
From initial site assessments to final setup and testing, Jay works closely with healthcare facilities to deliver customized solutions that support both patient care and caregiver efficiency. Manpreet supports the Commercial Division team as a Sales Coordinator, managing the administrative side of the sales process and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
