Stabilo Products

Stabilo is a system of stabilising cushions and mattresses based on vacuum fixation of the modelled shape. A special pump allows air to be sucked out of the Stabilo, which makes the cushion harder while maintaining its shape.

Stabilo is designed for people who need additional support to maintain their posture in sitting and lying down and works to compensate for body asymmetry or muscle weakness

Thanks to the possibility of quick shape changes and a wide variety of models with wide range of applications, Stabilo is able to provide 24-hour postural management.

Stabilo Confortable

The back stabilizing cushion provides comfortable support and relief at the same time. Modifiable shape gives the possibility of individual adjustment of the backrest to the user’s needs, enabling correction of posture defects and thus improving the control of the user’s body.

Anatomical shape of backrest and light weight of the product allows for easy fitting in a wheelchair, rehabilitation seat, on a chair or in a car, providing users with comfort during transport.

It enables stabilization and control of the body, improving the position while sitting, especially in people with reduced or increased muscle tension.

Stabilo Base Hilo

Base Hilo cushion is a stabilizing seat with a prominent pommel wedge that enables abduction of legs. It is an upgrade of the Base seat. The cushion stabilizes the user in a sitting position. By placing the lower limbs in a neutral position, the spacing wedge prevents the adductor from contracture.

Modelled cushion shape reduces excessive pressure on bone elements during long sitting periods. This reduces the risk of pressure ulcers in people who have been in one position for a long time.

It allows for asymmetrical support of the pelvis, increasing the comfort of sitting in case of people with hip rotation.

Stabilo Bean Seat

Stabilo Grande Mattress

The vacuum positioning mattress is a product that can be easily adjusted to the shape of user’s body through its modelling.

This mattress can be used to correct posture defects. A large volume of granules and its generous dimensions enable precise coverage of the entire body in contact with it. The mattress provides comfortable lying and sitting for people with severe torso deformations, which hinder them from taking a comfortable lying or sitting position.

It can be used as an independent seat and can be used to seat a user on their sofa or armchair, creating greater inclusion for families.

Stabilo Roll

The vacuum roll cushion is a multi-purpose therapeutic fittingsystem. It is an excellent solution, helpful in everyday rehabilitation, is a perfect complement to alignment therapy.

It is used during motor rehabilitation. It can be used to provide abduction of limbs, stabilize the body and its individual parts.

It is ideal for alignment exercise or flaccid patients or with myelomeningocele, relieving individual parts of the body. It is also useful for filling gaps within seating to provide a more supportive position.

Stabilo Wedge

The wedge-type vacuum cushion is a part of therapeutic fitting system, which helps to stabilize the user during therapy, rehabilitation or home alignment therapy. It perfectly stabilizes and corrects the patient’s silhouette. Thanks to the use of vacuum technology it gives the possibility to form any thickness and angle of wedge.

In people with respiratory disorders, it enables them to adopt a comfortable lying position for breathing.

Stabilo Bath Bagel

Bath Bagel vacuum positioning system is a product designed for children and adults to help them in their bathing. It provides excellent support for the head, keeping it above the water surface and preventing immersion.

The cushion is comfortable and safe to use, thanks to the use of a special system of straps, then the force of buoyancy acts on the chest, and not directly on the neck and head, relieving the neck muscles and thus ensuring proper stability, relaxation and safety during bathing.

The vacuum form and specially designed shape combined with the system of fastening straps running under the armpits ensure comfort and safety of use.
