November 12, 2025 (Richmond, B.C.) – HME is pleased to announce the successful completion of its fiscal year ending October 31, 2025, with strong performance across all business divisions.
HME achieved annualized growth of 15% year-over-year. The company posted its highest growth in pediatrics and is proud to be recognized as the largest pediatric medical supplier in British Columbia. In addition to pediatrics, HME continued to show strong growth in both its Accessibility and Commercial divisions. The company also highlighted the successful launch of several new divisions, further strengthening its position as the largest independent, Canadian-owned medical supplier in the province.
“To post double-digit growth in this economy is an incredible feat,” said Robert Boscacci, CEO & Co-Founder. “For 2026, HME will focus on growing our divisions across B.C., with a strong focus on providing better value and our best-in-class Signature Series products.”
“Our team has grown from 120 at the start of the year to 140, and we opened three new offices in Kelowna, Kamloops, and Abbotsford,” said Michelle Harvey, COO.
“We are working on another new location, which will open in the fall. HME is adding another Lower Mainland location to expand our growing rehab business,” added Cameron Fleming, CIO & Co-Founder.
“Our sales team grew to over 45 staff in 2025, and with this strong growth, we are hiring and expanding the team further for 2026,” said Shannon Flett, VP of Sales.
Looking forward, HME will continue to invest in new systems for 2026 and will carry out its multi-year capital upgrade plan initiated in 2024. The company also remains committed to supporting local charities, with a strong emphasis on the Cuciaccone Foundation and the Richmond Hospital Foundation. Through its exclusive product lines, including LIW, HME will continue to grow, and in 2026 will launch the expanded Signature Products line.
Starting from a single operation in B.C.’s Lower Mainland a decade ago, HME has expanded its client service coverage across the province in recent years. HME now has 10 locations and over 85,000 sq ft. of office and warehouse space in Richmond, Victoria, Surrey, Nanaimo, North Vancouver, Kelowna, Sechelt, Abbotsford, and Kamloops.
The company’s workforce is comprised of over 140 highly-trained professionals, technicians, and support staff.
